I am a Senior UX Researcher with nine years of experience guiding product teams through user-centered decisions for complex digital products. Early in my career in banking, I collaborated closely with the research lead, gaining deep expertise in research strategy and methods. Since then, I have led research independently across industries including enterprise SaaS, church management platforms, 3D CAD software, and eCommerce packaging—supporting both B2B and B2C experiences.
